About the workshop at the Festival:
The Wim Hof method is a tale of happiness, strength and health. On boundaries, both physical and internal. About crossing them. That the impossible is possible. On how to become an alchemist of your own transformation. About connection with nature and your nature. That feeling is understanding. About the meeting with the most basic teachers: Ego, Stress and Breath. A breath that, thanks to appropriate practices, can become our portal and pilot.
During the festival mini-workshop we will work with breath, one of the three pillars of the Wim Hof method. We will learn practically how to use it to influence the neuro-biological parameters in our body, increase immunity or ability to respond to stress and open access to the deeper resources that our consciousness conceals.
