Ayurveda is a traditional health science from India. The World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes Ayurveda as the world’s oldest scientific and holistic healthcare system. In Sanskrit, the word Ayurveda means “learning about life” (ayur means “life”, and veda means “science”).
In this workshop, we will familiarize ourselves with 5 Rhythm qualities (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness). Through movement, we will take care of and give proper attention to every part of the body. Through the movement, we listen to our bodies and let them speak in their own dynamic way. We will mold what is sitting in us and hurts and what we are not even aware of. We will give ourselves a chance to feel the culture, gender, nationality, religion disappearing in the dance – and remains with us: with each other, with body and soul and with the tribe that dances with you.

Dominica Roszko is a practicing nutritionist with elements of naturopathy and functional medicine, an iridologist, personal trainer and vegan chef. For over 5 years, she has been running her own practice in the UK, where she works mainly with people on a vegan and vegetarian diet. She has been using a diet based on unprocessed vegetable products for over 7 years. He is currently studying herbal medicine at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. She conducts regular lectures and trainings in Europe in the field of nutrition, herbal medicine and the preparation of vegan meals. She is the author of articles in magazines and online specialist portals. Her main interests are the regulation of hormone management and the improvement of digestion.
When I saw that everything is synchronous and that the universe is vibrational, the sound became the key to me to change everything that happens to me. At one point, the tuning machines came into my hands, which organized my life anew and confirmed my previous research and intuitions.
